
Kariena Greiten
Kariena Greiten is a healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling healthcare services organizations. She has extensive experience in managed care and value-based arrangements in industry sectors spanning behavioral health, pain management, orthopedics, and oncology. She has served in CEO and other senior leadership roles at companies including HealthHelp, Magellan, NIA, and CIGNA. Ms. Greiten currently serves as Chief Product Officer of Janus Healthcare Partners, a collaborative care organization delivering behavioral health care in partnership with primary care physicians. She also serves as a Board Advisor to Nebo Health, an AI-driven utilization management platform, and Happy, a digital peer support company serving managed care organizations and their members.
Throughout her healthcare career, Kariena has partnered with renowned clinical experts and dedicated care teams to develop and deliver market-leading clinical solutions. She firmly believes that superior clinical quality and outcomes are foundational to durable, profitable growth. She brings that perspective to every organization she advises.
Prior to healthcare, Kariena held leadership roles in corporate finance and venture capital, including CFO of Tymetrix, Inc., VP of Technology Corporate Finance at Bank of America Securities, and Associate in Venture Capital and Financial Services at Bank of America Securities. These earlier experiences built her skill set in financial rigor, capital allocation, and strategic investment evaluation.
Kariena brings deep expertise in platform growth, M&A diligence and integration, operational and financial discipline, and repeatable, scalable playbooks for enterprise success. Across her career, she has consistently combined strategic insight, market expertise, and hands-on leadership to create defensible, long-term value.
Ms. Greiten holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
