Dr. Tarun Jolly
Dr. Tarun Jolly is a physician, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a deep belief that investing in healthcare is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen a community. A recognized leader in pain management, Dr. Jolly established the first comprehensive Pain Management Center for the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in 2006, bringing his advanced fellowship training from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to the people of Greater New Orleans.
In 2010, he founded Louisiana Pain Specialists, where he continues to serve as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the practice has grown into one of the region’s premier centers for pain relief and patient-focused care.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Jolly is a passionate innovator. His ventures span medical startups, diagnostic services, real estate, hospitality, and advanced investment strategies. But at his core, he remains committed to solving real problems in medicine—particularly the opioid crisis. He is currently collaborating with Louisiana’s top providers to fund and expand access to safe, effective treatment options for both chronic pain and addiction.
Dr. Jolly earned his M.D. from Louisiana State University Health Sciences and completed his residency at Tulane University Medical Center. He also contributes his time and expertise to numerous community boards, including the Board of Directors for the Isidore Newman School, the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Tulane School of Public Health, and the New Orleans BioInnovation Center Advisory Board.
