
Dr. Devin Dunatov
Dr. Devin Dunatov is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in adult and addiction psychiatry. He holds medical licenses in Arizona, Texas, and Wisconsin. Dr. Dunatov completed his medical degree at Creighton University and his adult psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He further specialized with a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Currently, Dr. Dunatov serves as the medical director of the DOM-SUD Residential Substance Abuse Program at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. He has held various roles across different levels of care in primary mental health and substance abuse recovery programs. Additionally, he is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.
Dr. Dunatov’s clinical focus includes exploring the psychodynamic factors that contribute to substance use disorders and integrating dual diagnosis treatment into his practice. He advocates for a comprehensive and holistic approach to recovery and treatment, believing it can lead to significant and lasting changes for his patients. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and three children.
